Quote Nerds® LLC (“Quote Nerds®”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Pennsylvania limited liability
company, operates www.quotenerds.com (the “Platform”) as an online advertising publisher,
lead generator, and aggregator of consumer inquiries and live call transfers for insurance, home
services, financial, and other industries.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information
when you:
• Visit or interact with our Platform (as a visitor or consumer);
• Submit an inquiry, request a quote, or initiate a phone call request through forms, landing
pages, or advertisements we publish or host; or
• Act as a business customer (“Advertiser” or “Purchaser”) purchasing leads or call
transfers via the Platform.
We act in different capacities depending on the context:
• When we collect information directly from consumers via our published advertisements
or forms → we are the business under CCPA/CPRA and similar state privacy laws.
• When we receive and transfer consumer inquiries to our Advertiser customers → we
generally act as a service provider or processor on their behalf.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information Collected from Consumers (End-Users / Inquirers) We may collect the
following categories of personal information directly from you or through our advertising
partners and publishers:
• Identifiers – Name, postal address, email address, phone number, IP address, mobile
advertising ID, device ID
• Commercial Information – Products/services inquired about, quote preferences,
household details (e.g., home type, occupants), insurance or financial product interest
• Internet / Network Activity – Browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages
viewed, time/date of visit, clickstream data
• Geolocation Data – Approximate location derived from IP address or device settings (we
do not collect precise geolocation without consent)
• Professional / Employment Information – Occupation, employer, income range (when
voluntarily provided in quote forms)
• Inferences – Derived preferences or characteristics based on inquiry data (e.g., likely
homeowner, interested in auto insurance)
B. Information Collected from Business Customers (Advertisers / Purchasers)• Business name, contact name, billing address, email, phone
• Payment information (credit card, ACH/wire details – processed by third-party payment
processors)
• Account login credentials (hashed/stored securely)
• Campaign specifications, targeting parameters, creative content you upload
C. Automatically Collected Information We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web
beacons, log files, and similar technologies to collect usage data, session information, and
analytics (see our Cookie Notice linked below for details).
2. How We Collect Information
• Directly from you when you fill out forms, request quotes, or call numbers we publish
• From third-party publishers, affiliate networks, and advertising partners within our
network
• Automatically via cookies, server logs, analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and ad
pixels
• From business customers when they create accounts or submit insertion orders
3. How We Use Personal Information
For Consumers:
• To provide the requested quote, comparison, or service information
• To facilitate live call transfers to our Advertiser customers (with your prior express
consent where required)
• To improve our advertising campaigns and targeting
• To detect fraud, abuse, or invalid inquiries
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., honoring opt-outs, responding to revocation

• For internal analytics, product improvement, and security
For Business Customers:
• To provide access to the Platform, process payments, deliver leads/call transfers
• To communicate about your account, billing, or campaign performance
• To enforce our Terms and Conditions
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
• To our Advertiser Customers – We transfer consumer inquiry data (leads/call transfers)
to the purchasing Advertiser as specified in their insertion order. After transfer, the
Advertiser becomes the business/controller responsible for further use and compliance.• To Service Providers / Processors – Hosting providers, payment processors (PayPal,
Stripe, etc.), fraud detection vendors, analytics providers, call-routing technology partners
– all bound by contractual obligations to use data only for our purposes.
• For Legal Compliance – To comply with law, respond to subpoenas, court orders,
regulatory inquiries, or protect rights/safety.
• In Business Transfers – In connection with merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• With Your Consent – When you explicitly agree (e.g., opting in to marketing from
multiple providers).
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under
CCPA/CPRA or similar laws for monetary or other valuable consideration, except as expressly
permitted under the law (e.g., to service providers).
5. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. Residents)
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, or any

information (health, race, religion, etc.) beyond what is strictly necessary for quote
requests
• Non-Discrimination – We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights

We will verify your identity (e.g., matching provided details to our records) and respond within
45 days (extendable by 45 days if necessary). Authorized agents may submit requests with proof
of authorization.
6. Data Retention We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the
purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce
agreements. Lead data transferred to Advertisers is no longer under our control after delivery.
7. Data Security We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical
safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100%
secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.8. Children’s Privacy Our Platform is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware of such
collection, we will delete it.
9. International Users The Platform is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside
the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws
may differ.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last
Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes
acceptance.
